These videos show 16-count, intermediate-level cardio drills for the Step.  The drills are self-reversing, so you can teach them and then add them onto the end of a 32-count self-reversing combo (repeated twice in a row to make 32 counts that return to the original lead leg). This results in a 64-count self-reversing combination!
